Mr. Christman is a recognized leader in the corporate travel industry. Capping a 20-year career at Northwest Airlines as the Director of Sales - Eastern Region, Mr. Christman administered an $8 million annual operating budget. Under his guidance, passenger sales volume increased 165% to $2.2 billion. He has numerous awards to his credit, including the Northwest Airlines Special Leadership Achievement Award, and twice achieved the "Mach V" Award -- Northwest Airlines highest-level sales incentive award. Mr. Christman next owned and operated a corporate travel management company. The firm was established in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and expanded to the West Coast before being sold.

Rosenbluth International (RI), one of the largest corporate travel management companies, secured Mr. Christman's services for an 18-month period to establish a value-added consulting services division providing fee-based Strategic Business Planning, "Best Practice" Corporate Travel Management Program reviews and advanced industry technology recommendations to RI's top nationwide corporate customers.

Prior to co-founding Consulting Strategies, Mr. Christman was a Co-Founder and Director, Consulting Services for Workflow Solutions, a leading provider of expense management solutions, where he was responsible for developing the Travel Systems Group Division.
