Grant Caplan is based in the Houston offices of Consulting Strategies and offers extensive experience in:

Mr. Caplan’s client list includes consulting relationships with large corporations such as Procter & Gamble, General Motors, and Revlon as well as many other large- and mid-market companies. His projects have ranged from selection to implementation to internal marketing of various travel technology packages and in facilitating travel agency selection by sorting through marketing claims and market pricing conditions. He has been requested frequently to speak at noted industry events, such as:

• Local NBTA chapters in Denver, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Portland, Seattle, North Carolina, and others

Mr. Caplan has served on the Technology Committee of the NBTA as well as performed regularly as an instructor for the CCTE (Certified Corporate Travel Executive) Core Week classes. He also has been quoted and published numerous times in The New York Times, US Business Review, The Washington Post, the national professional journal called Business Travel Executive, Business Travel News, Travel Weekly, and Gannett newspapers.

Mr. Caplan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University in Washington, DC and worked several years on Capitol Hill at the US House of Representatives.
